the sunroom

The jewel of Zut! On Fourth, The Sunroom features a retractable skylight and expansive French doors opening onto our heated patio. Luxuriate in this open space surrounded by our signature original paintings, a commission from renowned artist Emily Farish.

The adjoining southern section of our heated patio space may be engaged to expand the seated capacity of the sunroom. Large French doors are opened fully, augmenting the sunroom’s expansive, open-air space with an al fresco charm.

Capacity: 24 seated guests
An intimate space, The Alcove is ideal for smaller family gatherings, or business functions where privacy is preferred. Adjacent to our Main Dining Room, this cozy, convivial option is the perfect choice for a reunion, birthday, or professional mixer. The Alcove features luxurious privacy curtains and booth seating, and is adorned with vintage photographs depicting historic Fourth Street in its early days of development.
