The Bar Program.
At ZUT! on fourth, the beautiful zinc bar is a focal point of our dining room. Behind it, we stock a small selection of the purest artisanal spirits in the world, from which we make a wide selection of tried and true Classic and Specialty Cocktails.
The Americano.
We take the Classic Italian Aperitivo to another level. Red Bitter, Red Vermouth and Soda. We force carbonate the whole bottle and hand crown cap it to make sure the bubbles are persistent, fine, and refreshing. A perfect afternoon refresher.
The Manhattan.
Simple. Classic. Perfected. We split the base with Rittenhouse Bonded Rye and Woodford Reserve Bourbon. Add an ounce and a half of Carpano Antica Vermouth and a few dashes of Angostura. As with all of our cocktails, we hand bottle The Manhattan into a 6.3 ounce Champagne bottle and crown cap it to keep it fresh and vibrant.
